My message to the world...We Americans are in full-blown Christmas season mode. People are shopping like they have money and houses are decorated. Meanwhile our sons and daughters are thousands of miles away fighting an enemy they cannot see. I won't go into whether or not the American people were deliberately misled or not. It doesn't matter now. What matters now is that you need to know that most of us are not in favor of war. We don't understand why we should sacrifice our soldiers to a cause we don't understand. We don't feel safer than we did before the U.S. invaded Iraq. We agree that Sadaam was a very bad man. We don't necessarily think the USA should go wherever and whenever to overthrow dictators. The majority of Americans just want to live and let live. There is a very small minority who like war because they profit from it. There are professional soldiers who need to get their combat time in. But, for the rest of us, this is a sad time in our history. We feel that the current administration has made America more hated than ever and we don't like being hated. So, next time you see that imbecile on television, remember he doesn't speak for all of us.

All of you who voted for Bush, owe the rest of us an apology.

Every time I think Bush has hit rock bottom, he sinks a little lower. What a jackass. This war thing is really working out well, isn't it? We have achieved over 2000 American deaths. Go George! Cheney is finally being shown for the crook he is. He is the puppetmaster. Take him out of the equation and you pretty much cancel this presidency. The Republicans sure can maintain silence regarding abuses of power, corruption and incompetency when it's their guy in office. If this were a Democrat in the oval office, impeachment proceedings would be well under way.

Meanwhile, France is on fire. What's up with that? If all of the poor immigrants can't get a good job in France, WHY ARE THEY STILL THERE??? Their ancestors came over to perform jobs that no longer exist. What is keeping these folks from going home? France, or Europe for that matter, is not going to change to accomodate outsiders no matter how long they have lived there. Languishing in poverty amid prejudice is a losing proposition. Go home.
